Return Policy

Items available in this website carry basic information. You are expected to make sure if the item ordered by you is what you are looking for. In case of a need for clarifications, kindly contact customer care.

Items once Shipped may be Returned only in Case of:

• Wrong Item Supplied
• Damaged items (St Paul Book & Art Centre shall not be responsible for damage that happens in transit).
  
• Error in Printing/Binding, Missing Pages / Duplicate Pages.

Shipping Cost of the returned item shall be borne by the Customer. The cost of Re-sending the item shall be borne by St Paul Book & Art Centre

In Such cases, our Customer Care should be informed by email within 2 working days of receipt of the goods.

Customer shall not claim exchange for items not supplied from St Paul Book & Art Centre.
