We publish and distribute books and e-books in Malayalam, the Regional language of Kerala, India, and books from ST PAULS and Better Yourself Books, Mumbai. We also distribute wholesome literature from other publishers both India and abroad, Gift items and Christian devotional articles.

This website is managed by St Paul Book & Art Centre, Kochi, Kerala, India – 682031. It shall be our privilege to withdraw our site, to make modifications, or to update the site from time to time, without prior notice, add/remove customers and users.
The terms and conditions mentioned in this site may also be updated/altered as per need. Your continued use of the site and the E-Store takes it for granted that you are aware of the latest terms of use.
Books Media Material and Religious Articles Displayed on our Site
The online store is primarily for the distribution of books published by St Pauls Malayalam, Kochi, and ST PAULS and Better Yourself Books, Mumbai. We also distribute books from other publishers. We furnish genuine images and other details of the books to the best our knowledge. We do not guarantee the quality of the scanned images as it may vary depending on the screen of the devise used by you.
E-Books
We have added a number of E-Books in our Online Store. Visitors can freely go through the Preview of the E-Book. To have online access to the full e-book, visitors are expected to purchase the e-book. Once purchased, a confirmation email will be sent, full online reading access will be granted. The e-book can be accessed from the catalogue (from where order has been placed) or from the DASHBOARD.
While purchasing the e-book, it is necessary to create a USER ID in our online store. Access to e-book can be granted only through a valid user id. Please DO NOT make use of the GUEST CHECKOUT facility to order e-books.
A visitor will have access to the purchased e-book at least for One Year from the date of purchase or until the e-book is called back from the online store by the publisher – whichever is later. In case the e-book is called back by the publisher in less than a year from the date of purchase, a physical copy of the book will be send free of cost.
Your Account
While opening an account with us or placing an order with us, you warrant that the information provided by you is correct, complete and current. You also warrant that you are above 18 years of age, legally capable of entering into a contract, and have access to a shipping address within India. In the case of e-book, order can be placed from any country. You confirm that you are the person referred to in the details furnished in the account information, as well as in the billing/shipping address. You warrant that you have not impersonated anyone else, or used fake names and details. You shall be solely responsible for the consignment not reaching you, due to misinformation or insufficient information provided by you.
Visitors to our website are given the privilege to write reviews, comments and rate the books displayed. To this end, they are not to post in this website any indecent, defamatory or harmful material. The reviews and comments will be approved by the site-admin before they are made available to the public.
Making Your Payment
You may reach us the payment through the Online Payment Gateway – Razorpay. In case you wish to pay by Direct Bank Transfer, Cheque, UPI or any other method, please contact Customer Care @9447584041 or spbckochi@stpauls.in
Till date, we have not appointed any third party, other than Razorpay, to facilitate the payment to us. You will be solely responsible for any channel (mentioned or not mentioned on our site) of payment you choose, to reach the payment to us.
Cancellation of Orders
You may cancel an order or alter it in our online cart. Once the payment has reached us, your order shall be considered as confirmed. However, if you want to alter or cancel your order after the payment has been made, please contact our customer care at 9447584041/spbckochi@stpauls.in. The customer care executive may cancel/alter your order and a full/partial refund may be initiated if in his/her jedgement you merit it. Once the order has been attended by the despatching department, no cancellation/alteration will be approved.
Shipping
We recommend the use of Indian Postal Service as the method of shipping. You may also use the alternative methods of shipping. However, kindly check if the alternative method is suited for your location. You may wish to use alternative method of shipping that is best suited to your location even if not mentioned in our site. In this case, kindly contact our customer-care in advance. You will need to make an additional payment for the difference in the shipping charges. Albernative methods may not be approved after the order has been confirmed.
Our shipping options are limited to locations within India. For other locations, please contact Customer Care.
In case of unforeseen non-availability or delayed availability of items in your order, you will be contacted in good time. The difference in the amount shall be refunded or used against future purchase, as per mutual agreement.
Return Policy
Goods once shipped shall not be accepted back.
We do take care to ship the items correctly and in good condition. We do not take responsibility for the shipping option chosen by you. Loss/damages that happen in transit shall not be claimed from us. However, if you receive the wrong book, or notice a printing/binding error, missing pages, contact us within 5 working days of receiving the consignment. In this case, a replacement or refund shall be initiated as per mutual agreement,
Privacy policy
- We do care about your privacy. The information provided on our site shall not be disclosed by us to any third party, except as used on the shipping address. The information provided on the shipping address will be what you provide while you confirm your order and as per demands of the Shipping Agent. Information like, postal address and mobile number maybe mandatory by the Shipping Agent. Besides, we cannot guarantee against the transmission of information that is beyond our control.
- We may use your email id for the purpose of sending you relevant information. In case you wish to discontinue such mails, inform our customer care via email at spbckochi@stpauls.in, or whatsapp at +91-9447584041.
- We do not ask for sensitive information like Bank Account details, Bank Card details, etc. Your bank account details may be required only in case of a refund outside the Payment Gateway. In case of such an occurance, it be requested by direct contact through voice call through whatsapp/phone from 9447584041. Do not provide any such sensitive information on the site or whatsapp/email without verifying the geuinity of the request.
- It is important that you do not share your login name and password with anyone and that you sign out from your account after use.
- In case you wish to terminate your account with us, kindly contact our customer care via email at spbckochi@gmail.com, or whatsapp at +91-9447584041. You will receive an email seeking your confirmation. Post to your confirmation, the account will be terminated.
